Elite Home Watchers LLC

Elite Home Watchers is a Bradenton home watch company, licensed, insured and bonded, that covers Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lido Key and nearby areas. It provides NHWA-based visual inspections weekly or every other week, with GPS-tracked visits and an emailed report with timestamped photos. For homeowners who self-manage vacation rentals through Airbnb, VRBO or direct bookings, it offers local support such as check-in and check-out walk throughs, cleanliness oversight of the owner's cleaners, restocking and pool and AC checks. Storm services, key holding and water filtration are also available. It does not take over rental management itself. Rated 5.0 from 16 Google reviews. The owners are Tom and Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, who started serving Bradenton in 2022. Their reports document findings for insurance purposes if damage occurs while owners are away, and the company is NHWA accredited and certified.
