Every stay starts with a preparation routine: bed linens laundered professionally, kitchen inventory checks, pressure-washed terraces and pool decks, checked grills and lighting, and a 60 minute pre-arrival inspection by a trained inspector. The Mygatts renovate and furnish each home themselves and guest stays are handled in-house by a small team. Most homes do not allow pets, quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties need written approval. It holds Airbnb Guest Favorite and Luxe recognition and takes direct bookings.
