Casa Coconut AMI

Casa Coconut AMI is a three unit, pet friendly vacation rental directly across the street from Manatee Beach in Holmes Beach. Each unit has its own booking page, and guests get an online guidebook, check in and check out instructions, laundry details, wifi information and a history of Anna Maria. Rental terms ask guests to keep noise down and explain that Holmes Beach has restrictive vacation rental ordinances. The owner was chosen by Vrbo to perform the coin toss at the 2022 Vrbo Citrus Bowl after hosting first responders at no cost during the pandemic. Rated 4 from 4 Google reviews, 3 of them five stars. The units are numbered one to three, and a blog and press page are posted.
