About Blue Coastal Vacation Rentals
Blue Coastal Vacation Rentals is a boutique management company covering Pensacola Beach and beyond, with condos at Portofino Island Resort and listings in Granbury, Texas. Owners get management software with dynamic pricing, an owners portal, a guest app and digital guidebooks. Care includes routine maintenance, preventative upkeep and housekeeping, with one-on-one attention because the company stays small. It owns some of the properties it rents. A free rental evaluation is offered. Rated 5.0 from 80 Google reviews, 79 of them five stars. The company works with owners and guests directly and has people on the ground to help with everything from a repair to dinner recommendations. Owners can pursue seasonal or year-round goals. The phone number is 850-852-2583. Its menu also lists a guest portal and rental management for homeowners.
